Don’t let the name scare you….it is just a style of training. Boot camp training is so successful because it’s main objective is muscle confusion. No two workouts will ever be repeated. A unique mix of cardio, strength training and core strengthening exercises - moving from exercise to exercise with little to no rest. Don't worry - Even though you are in a class setting, I will ensure you are doing what you need to be doing based on your fitness levels.

This method of working is one of the best ways to burn fat! This total body workout alternates between high and low intensity exercises and will have you reaching your fitness goals in no time.

Thereofre, our mobility has become less and less. Resulting in MAJOR pains, injuries, etc. Mobility teaches you how to move your body the way its designed so you can achieve maximum range of motion. This will ulitmately limit injuries, ailments, brusing yourself instead of breaking a hip when you fall, etc.
