Personal training is just that - personal. Which means your workouts are 100% customized to you, your current fitness levels and your goals. Have injury/limitation? No problem. We can still help you achieve your goals.
We offer 1/2 hour and 1 hour sessions. The day/time in which you train would be catered to your scheudle. You even have an option to pay in installments for ALL personal training packages purchased.

We won't sugar-coat it, eating healthy is challenging. Especially eating healthy consisitently. However, it IS 100% achievable. You just have to be willing to put in the effort. This is when Lacey's coaching comes in handy. After all, we are human with many emotions. We eat when we are happy. When we are sad. We eat for various occasions and reasons – from celebration with friends to a stressful day in front of the television.
With Lacey's coaching, it's not just about food. In order to change your mindset/relationship you have with food - we need to idenity your "why" when it come to your eating habits. Why do I keep falling off the "wagon?" Why do I snack so much at night?
Lacey's goal is to help you work through your "why", create tools/tips to establish a healthier relationship with food (while still enjoying the foods you eat) and ease into creating healthier eating habits that will last a lifetime.
